This is the perfect fishing outing for families and beginning ocean anglers as well as those visitors with limited free time during a visit to town.

This trip allows more fishing time than noon, while fishing in the same general areas. The seaweed beds of Punta San Miguel and Isla Todo Santos are a short 30-45 minute boat ride from the dock and offer a variety of fishing opportunities.
In the spring and summer months, surface fish like Bonito, Barracuda and Yellowtail are the target, but there can also be some great action fishing for Kelp Bass and Sand Bass.
Although opportunities for surface fish are available year-round, the colder waters in the winter tend to shift their focus to bottom fishing for Rockfish, Halibut and Lingcod. In the afternoon our crew can help you prepare a delicious ceviche!

Night travel is the summer pillar for Victoria. This trip generally begins fishing 50 to 80 miles from the port. The boat drives all night to reach the fishing grounds.
We can spend the whole morning, until the afternoon, looking for fish, before heading home. Meals begin with a hot breakfast from the kitchen the morning of fishing, plenty of snacks all day, and a hot meal for the trip home after fishing.

The 1 1/2 day trip departs the night before fishing at approximately the same time as the night trip, but on the 1 1/2 day trip, fishermen may fish until dark before returning home.
The boat will generally return to the dock between 4 and 6 a.m. the day after fishing. The extended hours of this trip allow VICTORIA to reach the fishing grounds more than 100 miles from the port of Ensenada.
Meals include a hot breakfast, lunch sandwiches and a hot dinner, as well as snacks. Because we cannot schedule a trip the day this trip returns, we can only offer this trip that departs on Saturday night, returns on Monday morning, or departs on Sunday night and returns on Tuesday morning.

This trip offers the extended range of 1 and a half days, plus an extra day of fishing. 2-day anglers have many more fishing options than our standard trips.
For example, the first day we can start fishing 100 miles from the port of Ensenada, then that night we move to an area closer to the port to fish the second day. A 71 gallon running water tank means limited showers for everyone.
The food for this trip will be a hot breakfast in the morning and sandwiches or hamburgers for lunch. Sometimes we like to grill steaks for dinner on the first day of fishing, and we will also have a hot meal for the trip home on the second day.
Snacks are available at all times during the trip. Just a note regarding two-day trips on the VICTORIA: some groups find it more convenient to limit their charter group to 4 or 5 anglers for a trip of this length. Remember that your group will be close for 2 days.
